Production Worker (Shadnagar)

- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor heavy manufacturing equipment (e.g., mixing vats, vacuum-vibro presses, curing ovens, CNC bridge saws, and edge-polishing machines).
- Material Handling: Load quartz aggregates, color pigments, and resin binders into mixing machines. Safely move and stack heavy stone slabs using cranes, forklifts, or specialized vacuum lifts.
- Cutting & Fabrication: Cut and shape quartz slabs to exact, customer-specified dimensions and designs for kitchens and bathrooms.
- Quality Control: Inspect slabs and finished pieces for defects, fissures, surface blemishes, or uneven edges. Ensure all cuts match provided templates or CAD drawings.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines, including mandated use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to minimize inhalation of quartz/silica dust.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and production machinery. Report major equipment malfunctions to shift supervisors.
- Inventory & Packaging: Package finished quartz products securely for transport and accurately label them. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8] Pay: ₹12,000.00
