Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Shadnagar, Hyderabad Exp : 1-3 years
Role Overview:
The HR Executive will report directly to the HR Manager and assist in the smooth execution of daily HR functions. This includes recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, record-keeping, compliance support, payroll data collection, and handling employee queries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing setting and be comfortable interacting with both office and factory staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support
- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR Manager to understand staffing needs.
- Source resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate databases.
- Support local outreach efforts and job postings.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical).
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Handle HR documentation, ID cards, and attendance tracking.
3. Payroll Assistance & Compliance
- Collect and prepare payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and shift data.
- Support the HR Manager in statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT).
- Ensure timely data submissions to finance and compliance bodies.
4. Employee Relations
- Be a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, leaves, and payroll.
- Assist the HR Manager in handling grievances and policy communication.
5. Training & Documentation
- Help coordinate internal training sessions and maintain records.
- Maintain training calendars and collect feedback from sessions.
6. Reporting & Data Entry
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain trackers (leave, recruitment, employee details).
- Use MS Excel for attendance, overtime, and HR metrics.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Experience: 1–3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
- Effective communication in English and Hindi; Telugu is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Must own a two-wheeler for local commute.
- Willing to relocate or travel to the Shadnagar plant daily.
