Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, NEP-aligned lessons for assigned classes.
- Use smart classroom tools and Pinnacle+ / LEAD platforms for daily instruction.
- Conduct continuous assessments, maintain student progress records, and share timely feedback with parents.
- Integrate experiential learning, life skills, and co-curricular activities.
- Participate in staff training, parent-teacher meetings, and school events.
- Maintain classroom discipline, safety, and a positive learning setting. Requirements
- B.Ed. (mandatory) with the relevant subject specialisation.
- PRT: Graduation + B.Ed. | TGT: Graduation + B.Ed. | PGT: Post-Graduation + B.Ed.
- 1-5 years of school teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject knowledge welcome).
- Strong English communication, classroom management, and digital literacy.
