Position: Project Coordinator Department: Project / Operations Location: [Sahibabad] Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Fresher can also apply. Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred. Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and responsible Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and coordination activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain project reports, documents, and MIS data. Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks. Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members regarding project updates. Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. Maintain proper documentation related to project work. Support senior management in daily project coordination activities. Ensure effective communication between site and office teams. Required Skills Good English communication skills (Written & Verbal). Basic knowledge of project coordination and documentation. Good understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts. Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team setting. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Eligibility B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
