Administrative Assistant (Preet Vihar)

An Administrative Assistant in a school provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth functioning of the school office and coordination between staff, students, parents, and management. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain student and staff records systematically.
· Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
· Prepare letters, reports, notices, and school documents.
· Assist in admission, attendance, and examination-related work.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for school management.
· Manage filing, photocopying, printing, and documentation work.
· Support teachers and departments with administrative tasks.
· Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
· Assist parents and visitors with inquiries and information.
· Work on school software, spreadsheets, and data entry tasks. Skills Required:

· Minimum Experience: 5 years-8 years Qualification:
- Graduate or diploma in administration/computer applications preferred
