Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain products/services and generate interest among customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain call records and prepare reports. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate. Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00
