Warehouse In Charge / Warehouse Supervisor Wilson Garden

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have solid inventory control knowledge, team coordination skills, positive reporting discipline, and the ability to maintain accuracy, safety, and timely dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations including purchase inward, sales outward, storage, stock movement, and dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and report discrepancies.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, handling, and documentation of all products.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, transporters, and other departments for timely order fulfillment.

Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper workflow.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security inside the warehouse.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

Handle dispatch documentation, inward/outward registers, and stock records.

Monitor warehouse performance and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

Any degree or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations preferred.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Basic understanding of accounting and inventory management.

Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and transporters.

Ability to handle physical warehouse work when required.

Leadership ability to manage warehouse staff and daily operations.
