This role is not for someone who is completely new to digital marketing. The person should have some hands-on exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads, should understand how campaigns are created, how performance is checked, and how basic changes are made under guidance. The selected candidate will work with our performance marketing team on multiple client projects. They will support campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, coordination, and day-to-day execution work. This is a good opportunity for someone who has started their career in performance marketing and now wants to build stronger practical experience in a fast-paced agency environment. Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in managing paid ad campaigns for client accounts.
- Work on Meta Ads and Google Ads under guidance.
- Help with campaign setup, including audience selection, budgets, creatives, ad copies, and campaign structure.
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates with the team.
- Track important metrics such as leads, conversions, spends, CPL, CPC, CTR, and campaign performance.
- Assist in preparing simple reports and performance summaries.
- Help check ad accounts for basic issues, gaps, or changes required.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, developers, and project managers for campaign-related requirements.
- Support the team with landing page checks, tracking inputs, and campaign material.
- Work on multiple campaigns and tasks on the same day without losing attention to detail.
- Learn how to optimize campaigns based on data, feedback, and senior guidance.
- Stay updated with basic changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing trends. Required Skills & Experience
- Fresher with at least 6 months of internship, training, or practical exposure in performance marketing.
- Exposure to Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of paid campaign setup, targeting, budgets, creatives, and reporting.
- Familiarity with lead generation, eCommerce, traffic, or conversion-focused campaigns.
- Understanding of common campaign metrics like CPC, CTR, CPL, leads, conversions, and ROAS.
- Some exposure to pixels, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, or GTM.
- Ability to read campaign data and understand what is improving or dropping.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, reports, and campaign dashboards.
- Clear communication skills for internal coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions properly and complete tasks on time.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setup with multiple projects and campaigns running together. Good to Have
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads.
- Any certification or course in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or performance marketing.
