About the Role tecHindustan is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities for our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and experience in direct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through multiple channels including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and online portals.
- Identify and connect with potential international and domestic clients.
- Conduct direct client calls and present company services effectively.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for proposals and estimations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports. Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in IT services sales/business development preferred.
- Knowledge of software development services, mobile apps, web development, AI, cloud, or digital solutions is a plus.
- Comfortable with direct calling and client interaction.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
