Unlike traditional sales roles, you will not be responsible for closing deals. Instead, your focus will be on connecting with banks to arrange and gather lead data for loan cases that have been rejected. ### Key Responsibilities Bank Networking: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with local bank managers, loan officers, and financial institutional partners. Data Gathering: Coordinate with banking connections to systematically source and collect data on rejected bank loan files. Lead Organization: Efficiently manage, handle, and organize the collected data using computers to ensure a seamless pipeline for our core consultancy team. Target Achievement: Consistently meet simple, structured data collection and networking targets set by the management. ### Required Skills & Qualifications (In Simple Language) Positive Communicator & Relationship Builder: You must be a confident talker who is excellent at making friendly, professional connections with bank staff. Resourceful Sourcing: Ability to actively find and successfully collect bank loan rejection data. Tech-Comfortable: Clean skills in handling data and comfortably using computers/basic spreadsheets. Organized & Goal-Oriented: Highly disciplined and self-motivated to hit simple daily or weekly data collection numbers.
