Social Media and Marketing Manager (Shastri Nagar)

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches
- Write engaging captions, reels text, and ad copy
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and stories
- Manage daily posting, comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with influencers and creators for brand campaigns
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
