Job Location: Mohali Shift: Rotational 1.Business Development Executive – Outbound Sales Experience: 1–5 Years Responsibilities-
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales strategies.
- Conduct lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Identify potential clients for Web Development and Mobile App Development services.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems. Requirements-
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, outreach, and client engagement in the Web Development and Mobile App Development services domain.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients. 2.Email Marketing Executive Experience: 3+ Years Responsibilities-
- Plan, create, and execute bulk email marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimise email databases.
- Use email marketing tools to design, schedule, and track campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness. Requirements-
- Hands-on experience in bulk email campaigns and lead generation.
- The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns), campaign management, and generating leads specifically for Mobile App Development and Web Development services. 3.Business Development Executive-IT Staffing Experience: 1-5 Years Responsibilities-
- Responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and vendor management.
- Work on IT contract staffing and C2C requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms for sourcing and business development.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment.
- Understand client staffing needs and ensure timely closures. Requirements-
- The ideal candidate should have experience in IT staffing, lead generation, client acquisition, and vendor management.
