Collection Executive Nagare (Nagar)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The candidate will be responsible for follow-up on overdue accounts, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities Contact customers via phone calls and field visits for payment follow-up. Ensure timely collection of overdue payments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates. Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer accounts and disputes. Achieve monthly collection targets and recovery goals. Update collection status in the system on a regular basis. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues related to payments.

Requirements Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma. Valuable communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Willingness to travel for field collections if required. Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
