Job Type: Full Time, Entry-Level Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Reporting to: Team Lead - CS Language Known : Odiya Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for farmers - Take control of Inbound calls, listen, understand, and log their issues Turn problems into action by creating and assigning cases to the right teams Drive closure by following up and ensuring issues are resolved on time Stay close to the ground by collecting harvest data from farmers- Outbound callsKeep everything accurately updated so no farmer request gets lost Ideal Candidate We're looking for a mission-driven individual who is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of smallholder farmers.
