This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working end-to-end-from understanding product requirements to shipping polished, production-ready designs. Youll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to build thoughtful, user-centered solutions that balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints.What Youll Do Design end-to-end user experiences for Web and App products (UX + UI) Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with PMs and Engineers throughout discovery, design, and delivery Apply UX best practices to improve usability, clarity, and engagementParticipate in sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights Support implementation with clear specs, annotations, and QA Contribute to experimentation, iteration, and continuous product improvement What Were Looking For 3-5 years of Product / UX Design experienceStrong proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, prototyping) Experience designing and shipping Web and/or Mobile products Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and hierarchy Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams Clear communicator who collaborates well with PMs and EngineersAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Nice to Have Experience across both Web and Mobile products Exposure to user research or usability testing Basic understanding of front-end constraints Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing What Success Looks LikeDelivers clear, production-ready designs that ship smoothly Partners effectively with Product Managers and Engineers Improves user experience through thoughtful, practical design decisions Ships consistently within sprint timelines Adapts quickly to feedback and evolving priorities Why Join Epoch Media GroupWork with a global product team based in New York Fully remote role with flexibility from India Real ownership over meaningful product experiences Opportunity to grow within a mature, fast-moving product environment
