As an RF Product Engineer– Space Systems, you will play a critical role in shaping next-generation satellite platforms, RF payloads, and mission-driven aerospace solutions for global customers.This is a high-impact opportunity for engineers who thrive at the intersection of space systems engineering, product development, and customer-facing technical strategy. Roles&Responsibilities: Technical Product Engineering&Development Drive the design, development, testing, and validation of satellite RF systems, payloads, and communication subsystems. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate customer mission requirements into scalable technical solutions. Define product specifications, system architectures, and engineering trade-offs based on performance, reliability, and feasibility.Develop and maintain technical documentation including ICDs, product specifications, qualification reports, test procedures, and design documentation. Support satellite system integration, troubleshooting, verification, and qualification activities across development and manufacturing phases. Participate in technical reviews, product validation, and mission readiness assessments to ensure compliance with customer and mission objectives.Identify opportunities to improve product performance, reduce costs, and optimize engineering workflows throughout the product lifecycle. Partner with project managers and engineering leads to ensure timely execution of product milestones and delivery schedules. Business Development&Product Strategy Serve as a technical advisor during customer discussions, solution presentations, and proposal development activities. Create compelling technical proposals, white papers, presentations, and business cases to support strategic growth initiatives. Support business development efforts for small satellite systems, RF payload solutions, and space services offerings.Analyze market trends, emerging aerospace technologies, and competitor activity to help shape product strategy and roadmap decisions. Collaborate with leadership teams on pricing strategies, proposal submissions, and technical-commercial evaluations. Represent Azista Space at aerospace conferences, customer engagements, industry events, and trade exhibitions.Ensure seamless transition of customer requirements from business development to engineering execution teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer engagement, technical workflows, and operational processes. Required Qualifications&Skills: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in product engineering, RF systems engineering, business development engineering, sales engineering, or aerospace product management.Strong understanding of: Satellite systems RF communication systems Space mission lifecycle Satellite payloads and subsystems Spacecraft system integration Experience working with: RF systems and satellite communications Technical proposal development Product lifecycle management Engineering documentation and technical reportingSystem design trade-off analysis Familiarity with: Satellite mission planning Earth observation systems Remote sensing technologies Space communication architectures Small satellite platforms Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative, high-growth aerospace environments. Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): MBA, product management certification, or business strategy certification. Exposure to Earth Observation (EO), Remote Sensing, SATCOM, or NewSpace ecosystems.Familiarity with aerospace standards, qualification processes, and mission assurance practices. Experience supporting customer proposals, government bids, or commercial aerospace programs. Knowledge of emerging small satellite markets, RF payload technologies, and commercial space applications. Prior participation in satellite integration, launch campaigns, or mission operations is a plus.
