Position Title Adobe Analytics&Target Consultant. Position Overview Adobe Analytics&Target Consultant role is to help deliver analytics for multiple web properties and support strategic initiatives to a large technology client. Also, can do Target implementation. Hands on experience in CJA will be Added advantage. Responsibilities You will work with client's marketing and business partners to define Key Performance Indicators, (KPIs), for new projects/enhancements. You will define the best analytics approach using Adobe Analytics Product Suite.Manage the processes for capture, storage, usage and tracking of online activity from multiple web sites Full responsibility for analytics needs across customer analytics platforms Ensure data integrity&documentation of tracking standards Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation Work across both marketing and development to support both teams with analytics tracking Engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meets business requirements Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experienceGenerate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data Provide guidance to develop tagging framework and provide QA support Proactively identifies issues and recommends resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements Manage the implementation and tracking of digital marketing initiatives both current and future.Develop and implement Adobe Target Activities to improve website conversion rates, engagement, and customer lifetime value. Design and create Adobe Target experiences using a variety of targeting methods, such as audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization. Launch and monitor Adobe Target Activities to track performance and optimize results.Troubleshoot Adobe Target issues and provide technical support to stakeholders. Partner strategically with product management and analytics teams to support distinct Target capabilities i.e., A/B testing, MVT, Recommendations, XT (Experience Targeting) and Automated Personalization. Required Qualifications• Subject matter expert with minimum 7+ years using Adobe Analytics Suite • Experience working with tagging technologies (Like GTM, Adobe DTM, Tealium, or Ensighten) is required • Experience on technical architecture/framework of analytical eco-system(s) • Experience in designing solutions and writing technical documentation for a medium/large scale commercial website• Experience in interfacing between business and implementation units • Stakeholder management skills, including strong communication and presentation experience • Quick learner who can solve problems and is self-motivated Experience in implementing Adobe Target Mandatory skills: Platform: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe TargetTagging tools: Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager Web Languages: HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, Data Layer Experience in setting up Data Layer format and working with Front end development teams Expertise and patience to be able to explain analytics to various groups with differing levels of analytics knowledge and acquaintanceExecutive and time management skills to prioritize work in a demanding environment Preferred Qualifications Intermediate/advanced experience with Adobe Analytics Advanced Excel Basic Power BI and SQL Prior experience with data collection tools (i.e. JSLL) Adobe Target Adobe Experience Manager
