Plant Maintenance: Help to Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.Manage the maintenance budget and resources effectively to minimise downtime and ensure smooth plant operations. Utilize data-driven approaches to analyse equipment performance and reliability, optimizing maintenance practices. Establish spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules to address potential breakdowns proactively.To Guide/ Supervise/Attend Maintenance activity like- A) Mechanical maintenance- Cylinders, bearings, pneumatic, Hydraulic, Gears, etc. B) Electrical- PLC, VFD, Sensors, control panel, electrical wiring, electrical spares, etc. C) Civil- Raw material details, slab, PCC, Mixture of material, etc.D) System Technical- Break down, PM, MTTR/MTBF, predictive, CBM/TBM, etc. E) Admin Technical- Purchase management, stores management, Inventory management, Project management, ERP management (SAP) Company Description Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India.
