Education B.Tech (ECE) / B.Tech (CSE or IT) / MCA / M.Sc (CSE) Experience : 5 + YearsEssential Skills Java/J2EE,Spring 2.0 or above, Web development, JQuery and Java Script, Angular JS, Mean stack, HTML , Python Requirement :·       5-8 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role. ·       Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.·       Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. ·       Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. ·       Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.·       Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. ·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities : ·       Lead and mentor a team of software developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. ·       Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines. ·       Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.·       Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues. ·       Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development processes.
