Aero Structure Design Engineer, Raniganj

Experience: 4-8 years Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D models and 2D drawings, MBD using CATIA Perform aerostructure design for components such as fuselage, primary&Secondary support structures, brackets, sheet metal parts, and assemblies Create and modify engineering drawings, MBD as per standards Work with PLM tools like Enovia/Team Center for data management and release process Ensure compliance with customer requirements and aerospace standards (GD&T, tolerances) Support design changes (ECR/ECO/ERD processes) Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams Participate in design reviews and technical discussions Maintain proper documentation and revision control Required Skills: Strong knowledge of aerostructure design conceptsProficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning&Tolerancing) Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 Experience with PLM tools such as Enovia / Teamcenter Good understanding of sheet metal, machining, and assembly design Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering4–8 years of experience in aerospace or engineering design domain Preferred Skills: Experience in aerospace programs (Airbus/Boeing) Basic knowledge of stress analysis and manufacturing processes Good communication and teamwork skills Key Tools: CATIA V5 / NX Enovia / TeamcenterMS Office Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective collaboration skills
