The foundation is laid, the machinery is gearing up, and now we need the Voice that will introduce us to the world.Besides a keen sense of detail and a healthy dose of perfectionism, we want you to: Roles and Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage complete production schedules based on received orders and manufacturing capacity Coordinate with design team for drawing approvals, cut lists, and factory production plansAllocate resources, manpower, and machinery across production lines efficiently Recruit, train, develop, and supervise production teams (operators, supervisors, technicians, quality checkers) Set clear targets and KPIs for team members with regular performance reviews Conduct weekly performance reviews with supervisors and resolve escalationsConduct final quality checks before dispatch to ensure zero defects Maintain detailed quality records and documentation Prepare production budgets and cost reports (Material, labour, Overhead) Work closely with procurement team to ensure raw material is always available Monitor Inventory levels and prevent stock shortagesEnsure timely delivery of materials from suppliers Manage vendor relationships and quality compliance Manage Manufacturing equipment maintenance schedules and repairs Requirements Must-haves to apply: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldOR Diploma in Engineering with equivalent professional experience The Eye: A discerning eye for differentiating between 'done' and 'well done.' Communication: A confident and compelling tone. Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi gets you to the front of the line. Experience Required 10 years of proven experience in manufacturing/production managementMinimum 5-7 years in a supervisory/management role Preferably 3-5 years in furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, or interior design manufacturing Experience with modular furniture, kitchen fittings, or residential/commercial interior products is a plus Technical Knowledge In-depth knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes (CNC cutting, edge banding, assembly, finishing)Benefits We offer a dynamic startup environment where your voice matters.
