Build relationships with Facility Managers, Admin teams, and IFM companies to create business opportunities.Identify and target clients across IT/ITES, Corporate, BFSI, and Pharma sectors . Ensure timely engagement with prospects aligned to AMC cycles , as missed opportunities may delay conversion by a full contract cycle. Present company capabilities and highlight service value and differentiators to clients.Conduct site visits and client meetings in coordination with internal teams. Drive solution-based selling and achieve assigned sales targets through new AMC acquisition. Maintain a sales pipeline of 3–4x of target to ensure consistent conversion. Maintain accurate updates of leads, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM .Participate in weekly sales reviews and monthly management meetings with clear updates and action plans. Take ownership of proposal inputs and ensure competitive, winning quotations . Act as a brand ambassador , representing company values in the market.
