Develop the next frontier of Robot Tech that can perceive physical world Work in an innovation first environment with a talent dense team Job Description The Embedded Hardware Lead will design and execute all aspects of embedded electronics development for advanced robotic platforms, contributing directly to system architecture, reliability, and scalability.Key Responsibilities Make system- and subsystem-level electronics decisions for robotic platforms. Design and simulate electronic schematics, select components, and execute PCI/PCB design . Develop and debug embedded firmware in C , ensuring modularity, maintainability, and performance. Design and validate power management, MCU subsystems, analog/digital signal chains, protection, and isolation circuits.Apply best practices in signal integrity, grounding, EMC, and reliability engineering . Use oscilloscopes, signal generators, DMMs, and other lab equipment for validation and debugging. Support testing, iteration, and production scale-up activities. Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute proactively beyond defined ownership areas.The Successful Applicant Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or related disciplines (ECE/EEE/EIE/Mechatronics). 5+ years of relevant embedded hardware and firmware experience. Strong proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools. Solid firmware development experience in C with MCU vendor toolchains.Preferred Skills Knowledge of control systems, MATLAB/LabVIEW, or VHDL. Experience working on robotics, mechatronics, or electro-mechanical systems. Passion for DIY projects and hands-on engineering.
