Aircraft Structural Design Engineer, Raniganj

Qualifications:· Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering · 4–8 years of experience in aerospace or engineering design domain Key Responsibilities : · Develop 3D models and 2D drawings, MBD using CATIA · Perform aerostructure design for components such as fuselage, primary&Secondary support structures, brackets, sheet metal parts, and assemblies· Create and modify engineering drawings, MBD as per standards · Work with PLM tools like Enovia/Team Center for data management and release process · Ensure compliance with customer requirements and aerospace standards (GD&T, tolerances)· Support design changes (ECR/ECO/ERD processes) · Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams · Participate in design reviews and technical discussions · Maintain proper documentation and revision control Required Skills: · Strong knowledge of aerostructure design concepts· Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning&Tolerancing)· Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 · Experience with PLM tools such as Enovia / Teamcenter · Good understanding of sheet metal, machining, and assembly design · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Preferred Skills: · Experience in aerospace programs (Airbus/Boeing)· Basic knowledge of stress analysis and manufacturing processes · Good communication and teamwork skills Key Tools: · CATIA V5 / NX · Enovia / Teamcenter · MS Office Soft Skills: · Strong problem-solving ability · Attention to detail · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment· Effective collaboration skills
