In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and streamlining operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall process performance. If you enjoy problem-solving, process optimization, and working in fast-paced environments, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Analyze existing operational workflows and identify areas for process improvement. Design and implement scalable, efficient, and standardized processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Develop process documentation, SOPs, and workflow guidelines.Monitor process performance and recommend data-driven improvements. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance turnaround time and quality. Support automation initiatives and operational excellence projects. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related domains.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with workflow optimization, process mapping, and SOP creation. Ability to work with data and derive actionable operational insights. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
