OCD Technical Leader– Azure&MongoDB, Raniganj

RESPONSIBILITIES Own and drive the technical architecture of the OCD platform built on Azure and MongoDB Atlas Define, document, and enforce development standards and best practices Ensure architectural alignment across backend, data, and platform components Review and validate technical designs, code quality, and merge requestsPromote high engineering standards through structured technical governance Ensure consistent implementation of CI/CD and development workflows Ensure compliance with nonfunctional requirements, including: oPerformance oSecurity oScalability oReliability Proactively identify technical risks and address potential issues earlySupport UAT phases and production readiness activities (excluding RUN) Work closely with delivery and platform teams to ensure smooth releases Ensure platform stability and technical readiness before golive Technically lead and mentor backend and DevOps engineers Guide teams on design decisions, tooling, and best practicesFoster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement PROFILE Minimum 8-12 years of experience Strong handson expertise in Java / Spring Boot Strong handson expertise in MongoDB Atlas and NoSQL data modelling Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services Experience of CI/CD pipelines and Gitbased workflowsExperience working on enterprise CRM platforms and/or dataintensive systems Good understanding of scalable, distributed, APIdriven architectures Proven experience in a Technical Lead role within offshore delivery models Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively with European stakeholdersStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal
