At StepsAI, we run massive cold email campaigns reaching 100,000+ prospects every month. Your job is to turn that reach into replies, conversations, and customers. This is a high ownership, high velocity role working directly with the founders.We're not hiring an email marketer. We're looking for someone who understands outbound engines, can operate at scale, own the end-to-end cycle, experiment, and deliver results. What you'll own Build high-quality lead pipelines (ecommerce, SMBs, etc.) Craft hard-hitting cold emails that get replies (not opens)Design and run multi-step outbound sequences Operate campaigns at scale: 100K+ prospects/month multiple domains, inboxes, warmup flows Manage deliverability (spam, blacklists, infra health) Handle replies, qualify leads, and book meetings Continuously test and improve: angles, subject lines, and conversion ratesWhat we are looking for 6 to 18 months in sales, outbound, or growth roles Strong writing - clear, sharp, persuasive High ownership mindset - you care about outcomes, not tasks Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and volume You'll do well here if you Think 'how do I get a reply', not 'how do I write a nice email'Like testing aggressively and learning fast Want to understand how real revenue engines are built Are hungry to prove yourself and deliver results If this excites you and you're ready to build something real at scale , we'd love to hear from you.
