Role Summary The Unified Communication Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and administering enterprise voice and collaboration platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, VoIP, and voice infrastructure services . The role ensures reliable, high-quality voice communication services, effective incident resolution, and continuous service improvement across the organization.Required Skills&Experience Technical Skills Microsoft Teams (Collaboration&Teams Phone) VoIP, SIP, PSTN, and voice routing concepts Call Queues, Auto Attendants, Dial Plans Call Analytics and Call Quality Dashboard Fax and voice service platforms Networking fundamentals (firewalls, QoS, connectivity) PowerShell Universal experience or knowledge is a plus Experience&Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications, Voice, or Collaboration support Hands-on experience with enterprise Microsoft Teams telephony environments Must have PowerShell experience developing or improving automated workflows Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, IT, or Computer Science , or equivalent experienceCertifications Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (preferred) Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS– desirable)
