Role Description We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive partnerships and growth for our premium, global student programs and career intelligence solutions .Location Delhi | Hyderabad | Noida | Mumbai What You Will Do Build and drive institutional partnerships with premium schools, international schools, and education networks Present and position high-value global programs to school leadership (Principals, Directors, Management) Own the end-to-end sales cycle– outreach, meetings, conversion, and relationship managementDrive student enrolments through school collaborations and parent engagement initiatives Plan and execute school presentations, webinars, and on-ground campaigns Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution and delivery Consistently achieve revenue and growth targetsQualifications Proven expertise in B2B sales including lead generation, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management Strong ability to present and sell premium offerings to senior stakeholders (Principals, School Management, Directors) Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a consultative sales approachHands-on experience with CRM tools, pipeline management, and performance tracking Prior experience in the S chool engagement ecosystem (preferred) Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and scale institutional partnerships Highly proactive, target-driven, and self-managed , with strong ownership of outcomesAbility to handle end-to-end sales cycles and work independently across markets
