Job Description– Finance&Accounts Executive Experience Level: Fresher Mode of Work: 5 Days– Work from Office Location: Hyderabad Preferred Qualification: CMA (pursuing/completed) candidates preferred Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Finance&Accounts team. The role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting in compliance-related activities. Key Responsibilities Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes Support General Ledger (GL) entries and maintenancePerform bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor and customer accounts Assist in preparation of financial reports and documentation Support GST, TDS, and basic taxation-related activities Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and clarificationsTechnical Skills Basic understanding of accounting principles Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred) Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation concepts (preferred) Understanding of AP, AR, and GL processes Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Willingness to learn and accept feedback Good communication and coordination skills Effective time management and organizational abilities High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
