About the role Orica, the world's leading mining and civil blasting company, supporting customers in more than 100 countries worldwide, is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Hyderabad team (onsite at our Tech Centre, Monday to Friday) and support our global Asset Management function.The Maintenance Coordinator provides daytoday support to the Asset team by managing asset master data, administrative processes, and maintenancerelated documentation across systems such as SAP, IVMS platforms, lease systems, and other asset data tools. This role is key in ensuring accuracy of master data, maintaining compliance with Orica standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the region.What you will be doing Manage the Asset Team inbox and support daily administrative needs Create and amend SAP Asset Master Data Maintain accuracy across all asset systems (SAP, IVMS, lease companies, etc.) Support Work Order purchasing and invoice adjustments Assist with monthly asset reportingTake meeting notes, prepare reports, and ensure highquality communication Ensure SH&E practices are followed at all times What you will bring 3+ years of business/administrative experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills SAP experience (preferred) Strong computer literacy and attention to detail Ability to work with multiple stakeholders What we offerAs part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
