ServiceNow Integration Specialist : Role Descriptio n:Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Expert with hands-on experience in managing integrations of ServiceNow with various applications and systems like HR systems, including ERP solutions, and being capable of designing and implementing REST-based APIs and other methods as well. The candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow and processing automation across applications. Roles and Responsibiliti es:· Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (Web Services (REST, SOAP, JSON), middleware, LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Import Sets, Export Sets, IDR (instance data replication), Remote Tables, Remote Process, etc.) and working with Service Now· Must have experience in Integration Hub, MID Server configuration, and scripting for REST/SOAP APIs.· Must have strong skills in data mapping, transformation logic, and troubleshooting integration issu es.· Experience with integrating systems like Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Splunk, or SAP and other business a pps· Must have experience in security and data integrity during integration implementation. Must be familiar with authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth, certificates).· Identification&design of ServiceNow integration requirements, includ ing• ServiceNow Mid Server se tup• Event Management integrat ion• Service Mapping&Discovery integration (CMDB) and m ore· Manage end-to-end integration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and supp ort· Analyze existing workflows and systems to recommend process improvements and optimize integration efficien cy.· Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, processes,and· configurati ons· Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize business imp act· Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards in all integratio ns. Skill set: · 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow integration pro jects· Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HRMS, and other business applications.· Strong expertise in REST web services, API design, and authentication met hods.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual design sk ills.· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with busines s andtechnical t eams.· Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional projectteam.· Familiarity with ServiceNow modules related to ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, HR (e.g., HR Service Delivery) is a plus
