Ghrs Training is looking for a Service Desk Executive to provide essential technical support in an international voice environment. If you're a professional with experience in technical support and proficiency in Microsoft tools, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for international users seeking technical assistance via phone.Provide comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for various IT issues. Utilize hands-on experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., Windows OS, MS Office Suite, Outlook) to assist users effectively. Log, track, and manage all support incidents and service requests accurately in the ticketing system.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution. Guide users through troubleshooting steps and provide clear, concise instructions. About You: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support (International Voice) . You possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft tools .You have excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and professional demeanor. You are customer-focused, patient, and have strong problem-solving abilities. You are capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks effectively.
