Key Responsibilities: 1. Research&Data Analysis: Conduct primary and secondary research to support client inquiries related to procurement. Utilize industry tools such as Hoovers, OneSource, Capital IQ, ISM, Caps Research, IBIS World, Purchasing.com , and more. Leverage Hackett proprietary tools like Mindshare, Client Portal, and File Manager (training provided).Analyze data to extract relevant insights and synthesize findings into actionable deliverables. Maintain an ongoing understanding of Hackett's published research to enhance inquiry responses. 2. Client Support&Deliverables: Support client projects by preparing high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and data analyses. Ensure Turnaround Time (TAT) targets are met for all research requests. Collaborate with QA teams and functional experts to verify data accuracy and relevance.Participate in internal advisory team calls , providing insights and updates on research progress. 3. Operational&Project Support: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks , and proactively suggest solutions. Clearly communicate your research approach and methodology to the Practice Leader and advisory team. Identify and escalate obstacles or challenges in data collection and analysis early in the process.4. Functional Development: Contribute to process improvements within the procurement function. Support internal initiatives aimed at enhancing research methodologies and client service quality. Essential Skills: Job-Related Skills: Educational Requirement: MBA from a reputable business school with a focus on Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management .Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , with advanced skills in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations. Ability to analyze data and synthesize information to support strategic recommendations. Highly organized , detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.Dynamic, flexible, and persistent with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Personal Attributes: Strong understanding of business objectives and organizational structures. Ethical, trustworthy , and committed to maintaining confidentiality and integrity. Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to excellence .Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in research publication or contributing to research projects is a plus. Self-motivated , quick learner with the ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset .Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
