Key Responsibilities Facility Operations Management Oversee day-to-day facility operations ensuring smooth service delivery and operational stability Address real-time operational issues requiring guidance, approvals, and resolution Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and facility management standardsVendor&Contract Management Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance, service quality, and cost efficiency Conduct regular KPI reviews with suppliers and track performance metrics Oversee contract management for both internal and client-related services Ensure timely execution of vendor deliverables and invoice processingLandlord&Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with landlords for issue resolution, facility-related coordination, and invoice management Collaborate with internal stakeholders including PMOs, Admin teams, and business units Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand operational requirements Financial&Inventory Management Forecast budgets and ensure financial performance within minimal variance Track and manage expenses, invoices, and inventory control Support cost optimization initiatives and identify savings opportunities Compliance&Risk Management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client standards Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning Identify and mitigate operational risks across facility operations Client&Service Delivery Interact with client SPOCs for walkthroughs, service requests, and issue resolution Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective service delivery Support client-specific initiatives and operational improvements Event&Administrative Management Plan, organize, and execute events for client and internal stakeholders Support general administrative activities as required Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless execution of workplace services Team Leadership&Development Manage and supervise teams including housekeeping and mailroom staff Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide coaching and mentoring Foster a collaborative work environment focused on service excellence Process Improvement&Strategy Partner with SME teams to implement strategies, policies, and service improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction Recommend innovative solutions for operational excellence and risk reduction
