Client Prospecting and Invitation: Identify and engage potential clients for workshops through various channels. Develop and execute strategies to attract prospective attendees, ensuring maximum participation. Workshop Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of workshops.Manage event logistics, including venue setup, technical requirements, and resource allocation. Ensure seamless delivery of workshops with attention to quality and timelines. Post-Workshop Engagement: Analyze workshop feedback and engagement metrics to improve future events. Maintain and nurture relationships with attendees for sustained client engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to provide follow-up materials or resources as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in the event management industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
