Key Responsibilities Soft Services Operations Management Oversee housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture services Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across common and operational areas Monitor usage of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment maintenance Manage waste disposal, sanitation, and hygiene compliance standardsSite Inspection&Service Monitoring Conduct daily site inspections to identify cleaning and maintenance needs Ensure timely resolution of identified issues with team support Maintain high service standards across all assigned areas Team Management&Work Allocation Prepare shift-wise work schedules and duty allocations Brief and debrief staff on daily tasks, responsibilities, and special instructions Ensure proper discipline, grooming, and conduct of housekeeping staff Vendor Management&Coordination Manage vendor staff deployment, attendance, and contract compliance Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to SLAs Coordinate with external service providers for smooth operations Reporting&Documentation Maintain operational records including budgets, inventory, and consumables Prepare reports such as DMR, MMR, and QBR for management review Track and report service performance and improvement metrics Inventory&Resource Management Ensure adequate availability of cleaning supplies and equipment Manage stock levels and place procurement requests when required Oversee maintenance and repair of housekeeping equipment Budget&Cost Management Assist in preparing and managing operational budgets Estimate costs for services, improvements, and special requirements Support cost optimization initiatives without affecting service quality Client&Stakeholder Management Address and resolve client concerns related to soft services Ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations and standards Maintain strong communication with site stakeholders SOPs&Process Improvement Develop, review, and improve SOPs and operational checklists Ensure adherence to standardized processes across all soft services Implement periodic improvements in operations and service delivery Training&Development Conduct training programs for staff to improve service quality and skills Support employee development and performance improvement initiatives Compliance&Safety Ensure statutory and safety compliance across soft services operations
