The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of networking fundamentals and experience providing L2 and L3 support in a cloud environment.Key Responsibilities Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Handle incident management, service requests, and troubleshooting via ticketing systems Provide L2 and L3 support for infrastructure, network, and application-related issues Diagnose and resolve issues related to compute, storage, and networking in cloud environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of production issues Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures Support system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting stepsRequired Skills Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Strong experience in incident management and ticket resolution (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Subnetting, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers Experience in L2 and L3 support environmentsExposure to DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with Linux/Windows server administration Understanding of monitoring tools and logs analysis Preferred Skills Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or PowerShell) Knowledge of cloud security best practices
