Key Responsibilities Fire Safety Systems Management Ensure proper operation and maintenance of fire detection and fire protection systems Conduct routine testing of fire safety and firefighting equipment Supervise fire safety stock and ensure readiness of emergency equipment Emergency Preparedness&Fire Drills Plan and conduct fire evacuation drills regularly Ensure occupants, tenants, and staff are trained on emergency evacuation procedures Maintain preparedness for fire and rescue operations across the facility Training&Awareness Programs Conduct fire safety and emergency response training for staff, security teams, and tenants Educate occupants on fire prevention and evacuation procedures Train nominated fire wardens and emergency response personnel Monitoring&Safety Oversight Maintain awareness of fire safety personnel and ensure coordination during emergencies Ensure compliance with fire safety protocols and safe operational practices Support protection of personnel during emergency response situations Reporting&Documentation Prepare and maintain fire safety inspection reports and drill reports Document testing results, incidents, and compliance records Maintain updated records of fire safety equipment and activities Compliance&Governance Ensure adherence to fire safety regulations and organizational safety standards Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities Maintain continuous compliance with fire safety requirements
