Summary: Your focus will be on in-app product content for our smart meeting solutions that help workers conduct meetings more effectively in all stages of the meeting (before, during, and after). On a typical day in this role, you might: Work with an interaction designer to craft copy for a feature or flowConduct a terminology exploration for a new concept Develop copy treatments for a user research study or in-product experiment Contribute your voice to a design critique of proposed features or scenarios Draft a new entry for our term list and review it with the team Observe a customer study Responsibilities: Write and edit friendly, brilliantly clear UX copy as per company standardsPerform functional and editorial quality assurance on content as appropriate Understand and effectively use our content model, content types, style guide, and brand voice Use multiple sources of customer data to inform strategic content direction and improvements Identify opportunities for content additions, improvements, and reuse/repackage and effectively pitch those ideas to the team and stakeholdersRequirements: 5 years of experience writing end-user facing UX copy Proficient with editing copy in design software like Figma Portfolio of writing and content samples North American English fluency BA/BS degree in English, Communications, Creative Writing, Journalism, or other literary/communication subjectsRequired Skills: Natural and inquisitive passion for modern technology Experience working with Design discipline (interactive, visual, research) Experience with digital content tools/CMS Experience working with customer research Agency copywriting experience Flexible, versatile writing across form factors, subject matter, and audiencesSelf-motivated collaboration and problem-solving skills #AditiConsulting # 26-02569
