HIH Automation Engineering Senior Analyst, Raniganj

Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web applications. Leverage AI knowledge to support modern QA practices and process improvements. Ensure compliance with SDLC best practices . Perform functional, regression, integration, and automation testing .Collaborate with development and business teams for defect triage and root cause analysis . Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases. Drive test automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar frameworks . Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.Qualifications: Strong understanding of SDLC , STLC , and Agile methodologies . Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress). Basic knowledge of AI concepts and their relevance in QA. Familiarity with ServiceNow platform. Proficiency in API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
