Key Responsibilities: Develop mass spectrometry-based analytical methods for pivotal studies such as biosimilarity and comparability assessments Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mass spectrometry instrumentation to ensure optimal performance Design and execute multiple assays for comprehensive characterization of protein-based therapeutics across various project stagesContribute to the design, development, and implementation of methods for critical quality attributes (CQA) and impurity characterization Analyze data, interpret experimental results, and draw conclusions from multi-stage analytical studies Prepare and author technical documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Analysis (MoA), study protocols, and development reports
