Software Product Owner II, Raniganj

NCR is looking for a Product Owner to join our Hospitality team in Hyderabad. We re searching for you if you: Are enthusiastic about new technology and software; Take pleasure in seeing clever and practical solutions put in front of customers;Enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems in tight timeframes; Can communicate and operate well across a large organization; Qualifications: 8 + years of software engineering experience in a multi-national company, of which 2+ are in a BA / PO role Experience with SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe or any other Agile MethodologyExperience developing retail or hospitality applications is a plus BS / MS in computer science or equivalent work experience Fluent English Key Areas of Responsibilities: Ability to: research existing product, analyze use cases, create user stories, communicate/write clearly, conduct functional testingWork closely with Solution Managers, Product Managers, Professional Services teams and customers to understand the business needs Analyze business needs to create MMF - Minimum Marketable Features and user stories that best represent the customer needs and priorities, ensuring business value with every feature and storyOwn the development team s backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs Work closely with the development teams, driving them to deliver the needed functionality for better solutions and improved customer experienceManage the defect backlogs, with an enhanced focus on the external / customer reported defects. Attend requirements gathering workshops with customers, presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps Collaborate with QA teams to ensure full testing coverage Collaborate with documentation teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilitiesAgile mindset, capable of working in Scrum Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject areas OR equivalent industry experience 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Product Owner Previous experience working in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environmentsExcellent oral, written communication and presentation skills Adaptable to change in a fast-moving environmen Role:  Software Development - Other Industry Type:  IT Services&Consulting Department:  Engineering - Software&QA Employment Type:  Full Time, Permanent Role Category:  Software Development Education UG:  Any Graduate PG:  Any Postgraduate
