Description We are seeking a skilled Database Engineer with expertise in GCP Cloud SQL to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud-based database systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Responsibilities Design, implement and manage database systems on GCP Cloud SQL.Optimize database performance and ensure high availability. Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues. Implement data security measures and backup strategies. Collaborate with development teams to define database requirements and ensure scalability. Document database architecture and processes.Skills and Qualifications 8-13 years of experience in database engineering or related field. Strong proficiency in GCP Cloud SQL and its features. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques. Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.Experience with database migration and integration. Understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures. Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
