You will leverage deep expertise in software engineering, applications, technical processes, and product management to oversee multiple complex programs from conception through delivery, acting as the primary technical decision maker for your teams. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertiseExperience in software development using java, spring boot, APIs, microservices, streaming applications. Good experience in managing and leading teams Hands on of experience in developing cloud native applications in public and private could (AWS/Azure/GAIA) Expertise in developing or leading cross-functional teams of technologistsExperience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent Experience in collaboration and influencing in making decisions with product partner Experience in providing technical guidance, mentoring teams and ability to lead teams through fast pace and ambiguous situations.
