Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day HCM integration issues, including prioritization, resource allocation, and emergency response. Assess the impact and risk of integration failures and communicate escalations to management as needed. Consult with business clients to identify gaps in integration performance and align solutions with business requirements.Identify issues requiring fundamental changes and provide proper documentation for rerouting or remediation. Coordinate with Employee Central Issue/Incident Lead and HCM Integrations Leads to evaluate and resolve defects. Create and maintain dashboards tracking integration tickets, failures, and KPIs for leadership insights.Support global system outages, providing timely status updates and resolution tracking. Verify troubleshooting steps provided by vendors and determine accurate next steps for issue resolution. Analyze trends in integration and employee data issues to identify root causes and prevent recurring problems.Assist with implementing new functionality and changes to the mass load tool, including testing relevant changes.
