Manager, DevSecOps Engineer, Raniganj

We are seeking a Mid-Career DevSecOps Engineer with a focus on Microservices development using Microsoft technology (.NET Core). The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software engineering, experience with DevOps practices, and a commitment to security throughout the development lifecycle. Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns. Strong understanding of architectural style s for building web services like REST and SOAP.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience implementing DevSecOps practices, including automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Proficient in programming languages such as C#, VB.net, JavaScript. Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (OWASP, NIST, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines. Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices. Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture. Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 8 to 10 years of minimum experience.Hands on experience with UNIX and Windows environments. Ability to coach/mentor junior engineers. Ability to work in highly collaborative and cross functional team. Understanding of authentication technologies: SAML, OpenID connect, OAuth/OIDC, WS-FED authentication as well as other authentication methods.Public Cloud AWS. Provide hyper care and transitional support for applications onboarding and migration activities. Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, risk management, IT controls and standards. Ability to communicate with the teams and stakeholders on all aspects of the product and implementation at a technical and functional level.Strong analytical skills. The ability to collaborate and create open working relationships with internal and external teams, vendors, stakeholders, and product owners. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.Experience with AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and IAM. Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana). Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
