Global COUPA Integration and Procurement Technology Lead, Raniganj

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Global Coupa Integration and Procurement Technology Lead with 8+ years of experience to support, enhance, and expand Coupa-driven procurement and sourcing solutions for global business operations. The role involves strong technical integration capabilities using Python, Java, and cloud integration platforms, combined with Coupa functional expertise, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and domain experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain. The position can be based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, or remote, working closely with global teams to deliver end-to-end procurement solutions.Must Have Skills (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of Procurement, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management processes. Hands-on experience as an Integration Engineer with Python and Java. Experience in Cloud Integration tools and cloud-based middleware. Coupa functional expertise including procurement, sourcing, and invoicing modules.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and integration touchpoints with procurement and finance. Experience designing and implementing E2E integration flows. Ability to work across full solution lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment, and support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.Good-to-Have Skills (Optional) Experience with Ariba. Exposure to Cloudent or similar cloud middleware platforms. Experience working with global teams and offshore/near-shore delivery models. Qualifications&Experience Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement technology, Coupa functional consulting, and integration engineering. Proven experience with Coupa and Coupa Marketplace products. Strong understanding of analytics and reporting through SAP and Coupa platforms. Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and influence senior stakeholders.Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, resolving production issues, and coordinating end-to-end integration testing. Self-motivated, organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to handle changing priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
