Key Skills:  VC++, C++, Delphi, vCloud Director, GIT, Azure Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze user stories and business requirements to produce detailed technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain applications across their full lifecycle. Manage deployment of developed CI/CD solutions to various environments (development, test, staging, production).Continuously maintain, troubleshoot, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability. Develop reports in PowerBI using application data within the scope. Prepare comprehensive end-user documentation and user manuals for developed applications. Investigate, resolve, and document application incidents, including bug fixing and performance issues.Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams to ensure requirements are met and expectations managed. Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in version control and source management (e.g., Git). Provide support to application users by resolving doubts, offering guidance, and ensuring optimal usage experience.Apply strong problem-solving skills to deliver timely solutions to technical and operational challenges. Skills Required: Strong programming skills in C++ Builder / VC++ and Delphi (Embarcadero RAD Studio). Experience with VCL (Visual Component Library) for application development. Hands-on knowledge of version control systems such as Git.Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Azure, and virtualization tools like vCloud Director. Experience in developing and maintaining reports in PowerBI. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization skills. Ability to produce clear technical documentation and user manuals.Understanding of CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
