Key Responsibilities Sales&Business Development Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities in the healthcare sector , including dietary supplements, OTC drugs, and cosmetics. Conduct direct client visits across Gujarat, Surat, Indore, and surrounding areas to establish and grow business relationships. Deliver customized sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients based on their specific regulatory and certification needs.Promote healthcare certification services by clearly communicating value propositions and service benefits. Achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base in the defined territory. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to foster retention , renewals, and cross-selling.Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting&Market Intelligence Update all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data in CRM tools accurately and regularly. Monitor market trends , competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning. Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates to the Regional Sales Manager.Support brand-building activities through participation in marketing campaigns, industry events, and trade shows. Qualifications&Experience Education: B.Sc / B.Tech in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology (MBA in Marketing is preferred) Experience: 6 months– 1 year of B2B direct sales experience , preferably in healthcare certifications, pharmaceuticals, or assurance services. Proven experience in a client-facing role , with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
